Gwen Stefani is apparently insanely head-over-heels about beau Blake Shelton — and their singing talents.
The 46-year-old No Doubt frontwoman says performing her new duet with Blake on The Voice last week, "Go Ahead and Break My Heart," was "a miracle."
"That feels crazy," Gwen told E! News. "It feels like, 'Wow, that happened.' I can't believe I wrote a song with that guy. And then we got a chance to sing it together on The Voice... and everyone got to see that. It was a miracle. It was incredible."

Gwen and Blake, 39, went public with their romance late last year after co-starring as judges on The Voice together. Both had split from their longtime spouses (Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert) just a few months before they announced their relationship.
