“Gwen is pregnant,” the source exclusively tells In Touch, in the new issue on newsstands now. “She and Blake are overjoyed. He’s always wanted to have kids and now his dream is coming true.”

This is the first child for the country singer, who filed for divorce from ex-wife Miranda Lambert this summer. Gwen has three sons — Kingston, 9, Zuma, 6, and Apollo, 1 — with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.
