It’s hard to imagine a year has already passed, but it’s that time again— get ready for the Grammys!
Perhaps the only folks more excited than us about tonight’s big show are the celebs and nominees themselves. Curious to see how Hollywood’s biggest stars geared up for the awards? Have no fear. We’ve got the scoop right here.
On Friday night, stars kicked-off Grammy weekend at the 16th Annual Friends ‘N’ Family Pre-Grammy Party hosted by the music industry’s top dogs. Nominee Carly Rae Jepson, who performed “Call Me Maybe” at the event, was joined by fellow partygoers Darren Criss and Harry Shum Jr. (of Glee), Lucy Hale, Jesse McCartney, Nick Lachey and tons of others.
Fast forward to Saturday, when Rihanna and Timbaland attended the Roc Nation annual brunch in L.A., hosted by Roc’s CEO and 6-time nominee, Jay-Z. To say it was a star-studded bash is an understatement.
Nearby, Cash Money Records hosted their 4th annual pre-Grammy Awards party, where Lil Wayne, Drake and Nicki Minaj donned their party best.
While most stars will spend the morning getting ready for the big show, they’ll be able to let loose later on! There are tons of after parties, but the Warner Music Group 2013 celebration presented by Mini has one of biggest A-list guest lists, including Bruno Mars, fun., Muse, Blake Shelton and more.
One guest who won’t be in attendance? Justin Timberlake. After the “Suit & Tie” singer entertains millions on the Grammy stage, he’ll perform a private concert at the Palladium for fans only.
To fuel their bodies before dancing up a storm, the stars will get to indulge in some fab fare: California coastal mushroom tarts, donut hole ‘panzanellas’, and sushi martinis made with spicy tuna will just be some of the served items.
For dessert? The chefs will close the evening with musically themed cakes…naturally.
Who are you most looking forward to seeing on the red carpet? Be sure to tune in tonight at 8 p.m. ET on CBS to get in on the action!
