After years of fertility troubles, Giuliana Rancic still hasn’t given up hope of having a second child. But in an exclusive interview with ‘In Touch,’ the E! News host reveals that she may have only one shot left for another baby.
Giuliana explains to ‘In Touch’ that she and her husband, Bill, still have one frozen embryo left, and they’re hoping it will one day become a baby brother or sister for their son, Duke, 2. “This could be our last shot,” Giuliana told ‘In Touch’ during her G by Giuliana Trunk Show on Feb.19. “We’re keeping our fingers crossed that everything works out.”

And she isn’t giving up on getting pregnant, either! “I’d love to, but I’m not quite sure I could get pregnant,” she tells 'In Touch.' “Once I’m off medication at 42, it’s a long shot. But will I try? Hell yeah!”
Whatever the outcome, Giuliana says she’ll stay positive. “I’m very thankful for what I have because I’m really lucky,” she tells the mag. “I have Duke and he’s healthy and hilarious. He’s just a mini-Bill and so delicious!”
