Did rap star Foxy Brown's lawyer say she was pregnant in order to summon sympathy from the court? In August, when Foxy was sentenced to a year in prison for violating probation, her lawyer told the presiding judge that Foxy was three months pregnant. But now her manager is singing a different tune. "And to the pregnancy rumors, this is the official statement: She is not pregnant," said her manager, Chaz Williams, in a statement released yesterday. He would not, however, comment on whether or not Foxy was pregnant to begin with. Foxy received a year's sentence for violating her parole after a fight with two workers in a nail salon three years ago. Life behind bars is not keeping the hip-hop diva down, though. Being incarcerated "is just a temporary situation," says Foxy, who will release her next album, Brooklyn's Don Diva, from behind bars this November. "I made my bed and have no problem lying in it. What doesn't kill me will only make me stronger." No word on what it will do for her career.
