There’s been a lot of Jersey Shore nostalgia in 2017. From the iconic cast’s televised reunion road trip to Deena Cortese’s Oct. 28 wedding, Snooki and the rest of the reality TV gang have made themselves relevant again. Now, MTV is going back to the shore (albeit a different one) to try and recreate the magic of our beloved GTL’ers.
Instead of Seaside Heights, the network is moving down south to Panama City Beach, FL, for their upcoming Shore spinoff, Floribama Shore. "Set in the Florida Panhandle along the beach that stretches all the way to Alabama, MTV Floribama Shore is the story of eight young adults who come to spend the summer in the hottest beach town on the Gulf Coast, Panama City Beach, to party it up and put the real world on hold for just a little bit longer,” MTV’s official description reads. “But each is armed with incredible life experiences and standing at a crossroads, whether it's ending a relationship, tasting independence for the first time, or trying to escape the past.”

The press release continues, “This coming of age story captures the very real thrill and angst of being young and trying to figure out the future with a group of people you'll come to call family.” Though we have yet to learn more about the eight individuals taking the torch from our favorite guidos and guidettes, a cast photo proves that they’re all hot AF. (TBH, dude in the red board shorts can get it.)
Season 1 of Floribama Shore will run for eight episodes, and premieres on Monday, Nov. 27, at 10 p.m. on MTV.
