They’re making sure the holidays will be extra special for their kids! It’s been a year and a half since Flip or Flop stars Tarek El Moussa and his wife Christina El Moussa split, and even though the former couple has still yet to finalize their divorce and custody agreement, they’ve been able to figure out an arrangement for their kids to spend the holidays with each of their parents by splitting them up.

“I’m just spending as much time with my kids as possible. It’s the biggest gift in the world,” Tarek told Radar. He said that he will have custody of their kids — seven-year-old daughter Taylor and two-year-old son Braydon — for Christmas and he dished about what he has planned for them, which included spending time with his “big, very close family” in California.

“I’ll probably take the kids to watch a movie on Christmas night or the following day,” Tarek said. “My daughter also loves going to fancy dinners so I’ll probably take them to a nice steakhouse, too.”

Little Taylor — who looks a lot like her blonde bombshell mama — likes to go out on dinner dates with her dad, which is absolutely an adorable way for the daddy-daughter duo to bond. “Taylor loves getting dressed up and she makes me get dressed up,” he shared. “It’s really cute.”

Tarek seems to have Christmas all planned out for his kiddos, but he admitted that he doesn’t have any plans for New Year’s Eve since Taylor and Braydon will be spending that holiday with their mom. “Since I don’t have them for New Year’s I’m trying to figure out what I’m going to do,” the single dad said. “I might just jump on a plane to Cabo at the last minute. Who knows, I might even head to Europe!”
