There's a new Flip or Flop couple in town. HGTV is introducing another spinoff in Nashville of the popular renovation series — just before viewers will have to say goodbye to Chip and Joanne Gaines of Fixer Upper fame. However, we have a feeling Page Turner will help with your withdrawals.

Page, who is a real estate agent and life coach, will be joined by her ex-boyfriend DeRon Jenkins, who is a contractor, as they take over the housing scene in the Music City — and she's not worried about working with her former flame. The couple met 10 years ago but quickly realized their romantic relationship was fizzling. However, their working relationship is still going strong. “He can really see something in his mind and then just bring it to life [with] modern lines, straight lines, fixtures," she told HGTV of DeRon's skills. "I mean, you name it, he can just bring it all together like an artist! He has his canvas and then he just creates life! And it’s just so beautiful what he does."

And DeRon returned the compliment. "Page is amazing at finding the right house. She’s really great at doing her research and finding out the price point of the purchase and estimating what we are going to have to put into the house [to] produce a great profit.”

So what else it there to know Page, aka Joanna 2.0? Keep scrolling to find out everything you need to know about the brunette beauty before the premiere Jan. 18 at 9 p.m. EST on HGTV.

She has an eye for real estate — and fashion!

Page knows how to put together an outfit and on a budget. The reality star rocked a page of floral embroidered jeans from Express, which retail for $98, and looked like a million bucks. We can expect the same results from her renovations. We see you, girl.

She's independent.

In the premiere episode, fans will see that Page means business — especially after she buys a home, which requires a total gut job, without telling her partner. “I can’t believe Page bought this house without telling me,” DeRon jokingly says in the episode. “That’s probably why we broke up!”

She has three gorgeous daughters.

Page is a mom to girls Qai, Zaire, and Quincy — who are all stunning like their soon-to-be famous mama. Her daughter Zaire is following in her footsteps and is also in real estate, while her daughter Qai is a student at the University of Notre Dame.

Page can definitely get you motivated.

Along with being a real estate agent, Page is a vision-building strategist, and her social media is full of inspiring words of wisdom. "Always remember why you started… Always remember the days your phone didn’t ring and you would text your bestie to call you to make sure your phone was still on," she wrote. "Always remember that you weren’t happy broke & never want to be “there” again.
Always remember to… Do the work! Or God will pass the torch to someone who will!" Preach!

And can we talk about her bikini body?

We're just going to leave this right here…
