‘Flip or Flop’ Divorce: Gary Anderson and Christina El Moussa Are Already Having Problems (EXCLUSIVE)

Trouble in paradise already?!

In the wake of her divorce from Tarek El Moussa, Flip or Flop star Christina El Moussa is already having problems with her controversial boyfriend, Gary Anderson.

In an interview with In Touch, a friend of the contractor explained why he/she doesn’t see the relationship lasting.

“He doesn’t even like to be around [young] kids,” the friend said of Gary, who has two adult daughters of his own. Of course, this is likely more than a little problematic, as Christina is mom to two little ones — Taylor, 6, and Brayden, 1 — with her estranged husband. “I think it’s more of her looking up to him as a father figure. Gary is also loaded. So I guess if you’re already used to someone like Tarek who has money, you’re going to go after someone who has money.”

While Christina has already confirmed that she’s in a relationship with Gary — who ran into trouble with the law when he lied about his income by a significant amount in order to get out of paying spousal support to his first wife — it appears that their relationship isn’t all that serious.

On Dec. 24, Christina was spotted out at two different Laguna Beach bars with a gaggle of girlfriends — and her new beau was nowhere in sight; an onlooker told In Touch she came in with a group of women around 10 p.m. and was “drinking non-stop” until nearly 1 a.m.

“She was flirting like crazy with lots of young boys and she was drinking old-fashioned whiskey and martinis,” the eyewitness tells In Touch.

At this time, HGTV is likely happy their relationship isn’t moving too fast; as In Touch previously revealed, the network was threatening to sue Christina and Tarek for breach of contract because the network knows they’re “more profitable” as a couple than as individuals.
