Looking great at fashion week is a must for celebrities. So while backstage at the Rebecca Taylor Spring 2012 show, In Touch found out exactly what these stylish women do to stay in shape.
Ashley Tisdale — who looked stunning in a Rebecca Taylor sequined frock — told In Touch that she works out six days a week with a trainer at Equinox in Los Angeles. "We do a lot of cardio on the treadmill, Stairmaster and spin bike, and do weight lifting," she explained.
Dallas actress Jordana Brewster revealed to In Touch that she works out with celeb trainer Harley Pasternak regularly, so she never has to do a crash diet or anything drastic to get in shape. "He is amazing. I have been seeing him for years," said the star, in a Rebecca Taylor ruffle dress and Brian Atwood heels.
Sophia Bush confessed that she really doesn't focus too much on her weight. "If I want to go to yoga, I will go, if I talk my dog into running on the beach I will go, but if I want to sit on my butt for six days straight and eat macaroni and cheese and drink wine, I will!" she exclaimed.
Well, whatever these ladies are doing, it's definitely working!
