Farrah Abraham is speaking out following the death of fellow 16 & Pregnant star Valerie Fairman.

“My heart goes out to her whole family, and her, and Valerie’s gorgeous and her daughter’s gorgeous and it just breaks my heart,” she tells __ exclusively of Val and her seven-year-old daughter Navaeh.

Unfortunately, Farrah can relate to the impossible struggle of having to raise a bereaved child, as Sophia’s father, Derek, passed away before Sophia was born.

“Being a mother myself, who — Sophia’s dad was lost around Christmas, the 28th comes up every year for me — and I went through depression and a hard time and Sophia, as a child, has gone through her own [struggle, asking], ‘What happened to my dad?’ And having her own loss,” she explains. “And her daughter Navaeh is seven-years-old — my daughter’s age — and that’s an age where they vividly remember and it could really change them.”

Farrah is able to give her advice for those caring for little Navaeh — and that’s to have a strong support system for the little one.

“I just hope that with the loss of her mom, that with the people around her, she gets a really good support and therapy. And she’s a wonderful little girl. Children bounce back, too, and I just hope she and her family get through and wherever she lives and [whoever] she stays [with], I hope that person really takes it upon themselves to, every day, make sure she lives like a queen — she deserves it. And all the love in the world,” the 25-year-old tells In Touch. “And I’m very sad that her mom passed away.”

Valerie passed away yesterday, Dec. 21, of a suspected accidental overdose. She was found unresponsive while staying at a friend’s house. She has had a long history of substance abuse and has attempted rehab on five different occasions in the past five years — the most recent of which was just a few months ago.

Our thoughts remaind with Navaeh and Val’s loved ones.
