Just one week after welcoming her first daughter, Giovanna Marie, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is already in a mad dash to slim down for her November wedding to fiancé Jionni LaValle.
“I’m trying to figure out a meal plan where I can be strict, but healthy enough to breast-feed Giovanna,” Snooki shares exclusively in the new issue of In Touch. “I’ve been eating egg white omelets, protein muffins, eggplant and chicken.” But the key to her diet plan, she says, is eliminating fruit — completely. “I have to cut down on fruit because of the sugar. I can’t even eat apples with peanut butter anymore,” the reality star tells In Touch. “I have to fit into that dress!
But her diet plan isn’t the only way the reality star plans to shed the baby weight in time for ‘I do:' “I’m going to wait about four weeks and then start walking on the treadmill gradually, just doing a couple of miles,” Snooki says of her upcoming workout plan, adding that “once six weeks hits, I’m going hard-core with my trainer.”
