Being pregnant hasn't exactly been a walk in the park for Kim Kardashian.
At seven months along, she's "freaking out about her body," and ready to get her sexy curves back a friend tells In Touch .
But she's not just stepping up her time at the gym — In Touch has learned that Kim has enlisted the help of five trainers, including high-profile exercise gurus Tracy Anderson and Gunnar Peterson, to get her body back into shape.

"She's in [my studio] a couple of times a week. Sometimes it's six days," Gunnar confirms to In Touch.
She's also recently inquired about celeb nutritionist Harley Pasternak's Body Reset diet — in which the first five days of the 15-day program are devoted to liquid meals before transitioning to healthy solids — and, according to Harley, has been drinking the program's smoothies.
Still, it’s been hard for her to stick to a healthy eating plan — experts estimate 5-foot-2 Kim has put on more than 60 pounds, double the amount of weight a woman of her size is recommended to gain during pregnancy.
NEWS: Could Kim Kardashian's Pregnancy Weight Give Her Health Problems
"She will come in and work hard one week, and then have to take the next week off," Anderson says of Kim. And after a miscarriage scare in March, her doctor put her on temporary bed rest and ordered her to suspend her exercise regimen.
"Kim's panicking that the weight will just keep on stacking on and will never come off," says the friend. "She's always played up her sex appeal so she's terrified she won't be able to get her body back after the baby is born."
