Former child star Tamera Mowry, 37, shared a new photo of her eight-month-old daughter, Ariah Talea, via Instagram on Monday in celebration of National Napping Day.

“Happy National Napping Day! Mommy might be missing out on Zz’s these last few months but Ariah has had no problem,” Tamera captioned the image.

Tamera and her husband, Adam, and their kids, Aden and Ariah.
Tamera and her husband, Adam Housley, 43, wed in 2011 and welcomed Ariah in July; they are also parents to a three-year-old son, Aden John Tanner.
“I can’t believe I have another child,” she told People last month. “It’s nuts! It happened so quickly but I’m glad I did it.”
