Shane Duffy, Sandy Dias, Gage Kass, Donny Ware and Mike Keute all work at Hott and Handy, a firm, with locations in New York, Miami and LA, that hires them out by the hour to landscape, build furniture and hang wallpaper for grateful (usually female) customers.

“Women hire us for the eye candy,” the company’s co-owner Shane, 32, admits. “My policy is that there’s no fraternization with the clients until the job is over. Then it’s fair game.”
So how did Shane come up with the idea to start the unique service? “We were putting up Christmas lights for a client,” he says. “She offered to pay us double if we’d work with our shirts off!” But the fact that all the men are drop-dead gorgeous doesn’t mean they’re all beauty and no brains.
In addition to working as a Calvin Klein underwear model, Mike, 24, is studying at New York’s Fordham University for a combined MBA and law degree. Sandy was also getting his degree in aeronautical technology when he was discovered as a model.
The boss tries to keep the guys’ jobs on schedule, but there’s only one problem when clients hire the hot Mr. Fix-It’s: “They want us to stay longer!” Sandy laughs.
BUILT debuts on the Style Network on Jan. 28, but for more from the sexy handymen, pick up the latest issue of In Touch — on newsstands now.
