One day after the troubled athlete was spotted wandering the streets of downtown LA until 6:30 a.m. Monday, In Touch can reveal his day continued with a bit of shopping at Nordstrom at Westfield Topanga.
"He scoped out the second floor around 5:45 p.m. and headed to the Studio (designer) section of the men's department," an eyewitness tells In Touch. "He walked up to a counter and said 'What's up? Where are the men's sunglasses?' The girl at the register told him to take the elevator down to the first floor. He goes, 'Nah, it's fine. I'll take the escalator.' He walked away all the while laughing."
Fifteen minutes later, he returned to the same checkout.
"He waved to the girl and told her 'thanks!' on his way out," adds the onlooker.
What's even stranger is Lamar was wearing the same exact outfit he was spotted in roaming the streets the night before — an all-black Nike outfit, white V-neck shirt and bright red shoes.
And he wasn't alone on his shopping excursion.
"He was with a friend. He was laughing the entire time and seemed to be in a very good mood," notes the eyewitness.
Hours later, the NBA free agent, who was arrested for DUI on Aug. 30, was seen leaving his loft still wearing the same outfit.
Another eyewitness says the 6-foot-10 star, 33, chatted up his door man and posed for a picture with a female fan passing through the lobby before getting into the back of a black SUV around 10 p.m. Monday night.
He returned a little over two hours later empty-handed and alone.
"He was hobbling, with a lazy swagger," a third onlooker tells In Touch. "He was walking alone in an unknown location — just like the night before."
Lamar, who's reportedly been struggling with drug addiction, checked into rehab for just one day last week. Though Khloé has remained a supportive wife, sources tell In Touch she's at her wit's end.
