Former wild child Kelly Osbourne exclusively tells this week’s In Touch that she never imagined exercise would someday be her addiction of choice. The now 5’2”, 112-pound E! Fashion Police host opens up to the mag, on newsstands now, about the life changes she made that led her to find happiness and learn to love herself.
NEWS: Kelly Dismisses Weight Gain
“[Working out] is something I really enjoy doing,” Kelly tells In Touch. “I never thought I’d be that kind of girl.”
Finding ways to make working out a fun part of her life, Kelly got her friends on board to join her in her workout regimen. “I do up to half an hour of cardio, and I also do circuit training, yoga or Pilates — I mix it up,” Kelly explains to In Touch.

Aside from her one cheat-day a week, where she indulges in pizza, Kelly stays pretty consistent with her diet. “For breakfast, I will eat either cereal or a little omelet thingy made with egg whites, mushrooms and spinach. Lunch is usually a salad or a turkey burger. And then for dinner, I’ll have brown rice with vegetables and some kind of meat,” she exclusively tells In Touch.
