Jonny's got a gun!
Former reality TV star Jon Gosselin admitted that he pulled a gun on a paparazzi photographer who tried to snap pics of him on his property. The 36-year-old father of eight said that he only fired a "warning shot" to get the photog to leave.
Jon and his ex-wife Kate Gosselin shot to fame (or infamy) with their reality show Jon + Kate Plus 8, where they dealt with some of the challenges of parenting eight kids, a set of twins and a set of sextuplets. However, the couple split after Jon was caught cheating and the show was cancelled not long after.
Life After Reality TV: Jon Gosselin Waits Tables in Pennsylvania
"I am licensed to carry a concealed handgun, which I withdrew," Jon explained to TMZ. He added that the shot was just intended to scare the photog into leaving, not to hurt her: "It is well within my rights under Pennsylvania law when someone is trespassing on private property."
It has been a wild couple of years since Jon and Kate's TV show ended. While Kate has tried to stay in the spotlight with a gig on Dancing With the Stars, Jon became friends with Michael Lohan and had a string of messy public relationships. Now, Jon works waiting tables at a restaurant and doesn't pay child support to Kate.

The two are even embroiled in a court battle, as Jon wants to write a tell-all book but Kate claims he got some of the info for the book by hacking into her computer.
The photog, whose name hasn't been released yet, says she's going to file a police report.
