Nearly a week after the tragic passing of Erin Moran, who lost her battle to cancer at 56 on April 22, In Touch has obtained some of the last photos taken of the Happy Days star.

Erin’s friend Steven Wishnoff shared one of the last photos taken of her at a charity event in October 2016.

“She was as generous as she was kind and funny,” he says.

Another friend Paul Petersen reveals that Erin was “a happy and upbeat person with a good heart.”

“Erin had her troubles, but [upon being diagnosed with cancer] she was pretty strong,” he explains, revealing that she had shared her heartbreaking news with friends late last year.

“Erin was in treatment, but the news was never good. She was coping as best she could.”

Her neighbors also remember her as friendly and humble.

“She was very joyful,” says Nicky Ford, one of Erin’s neighbors. “She always put a smile on our faces.”
