Things got steamy between dancing duo Val Chmerkovskiy and Kelly Monaco during last night’s Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars semi-finals!
The pair, who have been bringing the heat all season long, ended their steamy Rumba to Michael Jackson’s “I Just Can’t Stop Loving You,” with a sexy kiss. No wonder jugde Bruno Tinioli called their performance “smoldering.”
“It was planned,” Kelly tells In Touch of her passionate lip lock with Val. “It was part of the choreography.”
So how long did the duo rehearse?
“Endless hours,” Val smirks, with Kelly adding, “We could have done anything, but we kissed like that.”
And while the pair have shared many smooches this season, their blatant chemistry leaves fans wondering if there’s more to their PDA than just the “performance” of it all.
“Our fans are incredible,” Val says of their groupies. “That’s the positive light that comes from this season, obviously; what we’re doing and the product we’re putting out every Monday, but the other thing is the fans and the love and response we’ve gotten.”
His partner also feels that if it weren’t for the fans, she and Val probably wouldn’t still be dancing.
“If you add it up, we’ve probably been the lowest scoring couple and we haven’t been in jeopardy,” she admits. “We haven’t scored a 10 yet and we’re still in the competition.”
You know what they say, Kelly… sex sells!
