Was there another Duggar wedding this weekend?

Apparently not! Joy-Anna Duggar is now the next daughter in line to get married after Austin Forsyth popped the question back in March — but fans are wondering when she plans to walk down the aisle!

It was rumored that the 19-year-old was supposed to marry Austin on Saturday, May 20 — just two months after they got engaged — but it would appear that's not the case, despite reports by Duggar Family News claiming they were abandoning their original Oct. 28 wedding date, explaining the autumn date given on their registry was actually just a decoy.

And even though an anonymous family member confirmed they didn't exchange vows this weekend, it would still appear that they are getting married sooner than Oct. 28!

Expert sleuthing by The Ashley's Reality Roundup discovered that the two applied for their marriage license on May 11 — and as The Ashley notes, the license is only valid for 60 days, meaning their nuptials must take place before July 10.

Another reason why it’s being speculated that the wedding was moved up is because Joy-Anna and Austin already had their joint bachelor/bachelorette party earlier this month — which included a camping trip with their close friends and family members.

"My favorite part has been just hanging out with all the family and friends," Austin said in a TLC video update from their party. "Just spending time together in the great outdoors and God's creation."

It wouldn’t make sense for the couple to already celebrate their bachelor/bachelorette parties in May if they were planning to tie the knot in October. But another tell-tale sign that the wedding may have already happened is that Joy Anna’s pregnant older sister Jill Duggar and her family flew back to the United States from their missionary trip to El Salvador on Friday — which would mean that they’d arrive in Arkansas just in time to celebrate her nuptials.

“Officially made it back to the good 'ol US of A!!!” Jill’s husband Derick Dillard captioned a shot of their little family — including two-year-old son Israel — sitting on an airplane.
