In an exclusive interview with In Touch, on newsstands now, Drew Barrymore gets emotional about how much her two daughters mean to her.
Drew says that her kids, Olive, 3, and Frankie, 2, are so much like her — yet are their "own people" at the same time.

“They’re so different from each other,” Drew explains. “Olive is curious. She made a real scene right before Frankie’s second birthday party with my Flower Beauty lipstick! Her face, hands, the walls — covered! It was a mess. It took an hour to get it all off.”

On her parenting style, Drew jokes, “I’m just trying to get it right without driving them crazy!”
“I’ve always cared about being a good person and working from a high road, but what’s also important is the way I react — being thoughtful and taking a deep breath and acting with patience and humor and grace,” Drew confesses. “They make me behave in an honorable way.”

“They’re just the best,” Drew adds. “I know it sounds so saccharine, but they have propelled me into being the person I’ve always hoped I could be.”
