Nathan Griffith Could Be in Legal Trouble After Allegedly Choking His On-Again, Off-Again Girlfriend (REPORT)

Nathan Griffith was recently accused by Jenelle Evans of being too “mentally unstable” to care for their son, Kaiser — and according to a new report, the pregnant Teen Mom 2 star may have been right.

According to Radar Online, Nathan has a warrant out for his arrest after allegedly choking his on-again, off-again girlfriend, Jessica Henry, after getting into an argument at a bar over the weekend.

“Upon arrival the victim stated she had a history with the offender who is her ex-boyfriend. The victim stated that tonight they were at a bar together and got into a verbal dispute,” read court docs from the Myrtle Beach Police Department.

“The offender got on top of her and began choking her [when they arrived back home]. The victim stated that she started yelling the involved other’s name for help.”

A roommate also allegedly saw Nathan “pinning the victim down on the bed.”

In Touch previously reported that Jenelle would like sole physical custody of their child and even accused her ex of doing drugs. She also said that he plans on leaving the country and notes he still has pending criminal charges against him.
