Diem Brown has died after a long battle with cancer, People Magazine confirms. The MTV star — who rose to fame on ‘Real World/Road Rules Challenge’ — was 32 years old.
Earlier this week, she was hospitalized after she revealed her illness had taken a turn for the worse but she continued to display her strength, tweeting, “I need prayers and advice my doctors are seemingly giving up but I won’t and can’t rollover. Whatever option I have to live I’m grabbing.”

In August, she was diagnosed with cancer for the third time when tumors were discovered in her stomach and colon. Last month, the cancer spread to her liver and lymph nodes.
She became an advocate for other patients and found MedGift, a support registry for those in need that will continue her legacy.
Throughout her lengthy battle, Diem inspired fans with her positivity and resilience while remaining honest and open about her fight — something that was incredibly important to her.
“No matter what it is, you’re going to have bad days, but if you have hope throughout, you won, no matter what the results,” she said last month. “Life is so beautiful.”
Our thoughts are with her friends, family and friends during this difficult time.
