Jennifer Esposito’s new book, Jennifer’s Way: My Journey With Celiac Disease—What Doctors Don’t Tell You and How You Can Learn to Live Again, isn’t a tell-all — but it appears that way in one particular chapter.
That chapter is all about the actress’ relationship with a former flame, and though she doesn’t name the fella, a new report claims the beauty is writing about her ex-husband, Bradley Cooper.
About a third of the way in, Jennifer says she agreed to date a mystery man, ignoring “an entire marching band squad of red flags,” because she didn’t think it would last long.

She describes the unnamed man as “funny, smart, cocky, arrogant and a master manipulator,” adding that she didn’t “necessarily find him attractive.”
After quickly becoming a couple, Jennifer began to notice he had a “mean, cold side” and “his personality could flip on a dime.”
In fact, the Blue Bloods star writes the relationship was very much one-sided — and completely focused on the unidentified individual.
She writes she was a “nonissue” and felt “sidelined” from her own health issues.
“I became very sad and I felt very alone,” the 41-year-old star recalls, according to the New York Daily News.
“Within days, my relationship hit an all-time low, and within a week it was over. Abruptly, rudely, and with the exact callousness that I’d come to expect from him.”
REVEALED: Bradley Cooper's Affair With Jennifer Lawrence's Best Friend
Jennifer was married briefly to the Silver Linings Playbook actor from December 2006 until May 2007.
They’ve both kept pretty mum on the issue. Bradley, now 39, only discussed it quickly when asked by Howard Stern on the DJ’s radio show in 2011.
“It was just something that happened,” he said. “The good thing, we both realized it. … Sometimes you just realize it. It just wasn’t right.”
