Bruce Jenner just can’t seem to learn his lesson.
He’s been caught talking on cell phone twice since he was involved in a Feb. 7 car crash that claimed the life of his neighbor, 69-year-old Kim Howe. And now a new report suggests his cell phone use may be to blame.

Since the crash, the reality star has been seen twice holding a phone up to his ear while driving — which is illegal in the state of California.
A source close to the investigation tells ‘Radar Online,’ “Bruce talking on his cell phone while driving — not once, but twice — shows a blatant disregard for the laws while driving a motor vehicle. Having been involved in a fatal car crash, one would hope Bruce would follow the letter of the law.”

The source adds that if prosecutors decide to file any criminal charges against him, it could “quickly be established that he was reckless behind the wheel.”
The 65-year-old’s rep continually denies that he was using his phone at the time of the crash — but the source believes the truth will soon prove otherwise.
