Demi Lovato has certainly come a long way!
The 23-year-old singer just marked a huge life milestone — her four-year anniversary of being sober.

“This last year I experienced so much life and too much death — but I made it through — sober. #4Years #GodsWill,” Demi tweeted on Tuesday.
The former Disney star, who is in a relationship with actor Wilmer Valderrama, 36, entered rehab in 2012 for an eating disorder and substance abuse in addition to alcoholism and self-harming.

"I was dealing with bipolar depression and didn't know what was wrong with me. Little did I know, there was a chemical imbalance in my brain,” she told HuffPost Live in May. “Because I didn't tell people what I need, I ended up self-medicating and coping with very unhealthy behaviors."
