You would think that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are over the moon since welcoming their baby boy, Beau, last week — but the Chopped Canada star still owes child support payments to his ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace!
In Touch can exclusively reveal that Mary "dragged Dean to court" over their financial agreement when it comes to the former couple's 18-year-old son, Jack.

"Dean told Mary Jo that she wasn't going to be happy until he was 'in jail, being someone's b--ch.' The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office is also officially investigating him for being a deadbeat dad, and he could lose his driver's license and passport for failure to pay," a source exclusively revealed.

Financial woes have long been an issue for the married couple, and last February they moved for the seventh time in five years. They were also hit with a tax lien in July and by October were forced to pay over $38,000 in credit card debt.
Things have even got to the point where Tori's mother, Candy Spelling, offered to help.

Because of this, fans were shocked to learn back in October that the 90210 alum was pregnant with her fifth child.
“It was a total surprise. But we always wanted a big family. I’m really excited,” she revealed to People at the time. “Nothing is ever perfect, but I’m so madly in love with my husband and with our kids. The idea of adding to that is such a blessing.”
