Tony Lara — best known for his role on the Deadliest Catch — died on Saturday in Sturgis, S.D., during its annual motorcycle rally.

The 50-year-old appeared as a crab catcher on the Discovery series and assisted the Cornelia Marie ship captain. He passed away in his sleep and no details surrounding his death have been disclosed.

"We've lost a member of the Deadliest Catch family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this very sad time,” a network spokesperson told E!.
This news comes less than one month after the show's Associate Producer, Joe McMahon was fatally shot on July 24. He was 24 years old.
