Cash her in court?
"Cash me outside" girl aka Danielle Bregoli's past is catching up to her. The 14-year-old attended a hearing at South County Courthouse in Delray Beach, FL, on April 26. The viral star pleaded not guilty to five charges related to alleged theft and filing a false police report.

The charges against Danielle were made prior to her sudden rise to fame following her infamous appearance on Dr. Phil. According to Palm Beach Post, the teenager was seen walking down the courthouse hallway giggling and motioning towards reporters and photographers.

Clearly not believing she understood the gravity of her charges, a reporter asked the star, "Do you think this was funny?" Danielle responded with an insult aimed at her estranged father — Ira Peskowitz — who was also in court. Ira told the Post that Barbara Ann Bregoli and the management team are exploiting Danielle for their own financial gain. Family spokesman Elliot Cohen explained that he "wants to get her out of what he [Ira] believes is a dangerous environment."
In fact, last month he set up a GoFundMe account to "save" his daughter. "Danielle and her future have been compromised with the lack of love and guidance a child needs to be able to flourish in this world."

Although, her attorney — Scott Richardson — said she is doing "fine" in therapy and is focused on Danielle's future.
"What we’re hoping is that Dani will continue to get as well as she has been doing," he explained. "And by the time we get back to court, there will be a better picture for her than some have tried to portray."
