Britney Spears still does not have visitation rights to her children with Kevin Federline, the court ruled at today's emergency hearing in the couple's ongoing custody battle. This time, Britney did actually make it into the courthouse, but left only 20 minutes later. K-Fed arrived promptly at 9 a.m. PST, looking very calm, cool and collected and surrounded by bodyguards. By 10:30 a.m. the court had been recessed.
On January 21, the troubled pop star spent more than two hours inside the office of Kevin's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, for a deposition regarding her past drug and alcohol use, as well as her reported failure to abide by court orders. Britney had lost custody of and visitation rights to her sons Sean Preston and Jayden on January 4, the day after she had a four-hour standoff with the LA police inside her home and was subsequently admitted to the hospital for psychological examination.
