It’s hard to believe it’s been five years since Courtney Stodden shocked the world with her marriage to Doug Hutchison!
Since then, the 21-year-old former child bride has been through a lot — like a separation from (and reconciliation with) her husband, 55, and an estrangement from her mother, Krista Keller.
In a new exclusive interview with In Touch, the blonde beauty opened up her marriage and the possibility of babies in their future!

“Our relationship right now is really, really good,” Courtney told In Touch of her marriage. “We’re really strong and we’re very happy. We’re getting ready to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary and we’re absolutely going to renew our vows for our fifth wedding anniversary. So, yeah, we’re doing really, really well!”
Considering she was spotted buying pregnancy tests just a few months ago, Courtney was cryptic about starting a family, telling the mag, “Oh boy! I don’t know if we’re ready for a baby right now. We have two little fur babies, so those are kind of our babies right now. But, you never know!”

While Courtney’s relationship with her husband is stronger than ever, the same can’t be said about all her relationships.
The animals right activist and her estranged mother agreed to appear on a reality show called The Mother/Daughter Experiment in hopes of repairing their relationship — though she admits that it’s very much a work in progress.
“We’re still not completely close,” she told In Touch. “But we’re better off than where we were when we entered The Mother/Daughter Experiment, for sure.”
