Courtland Rogers is a free man!
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans’s ex-husband is free after being released from jail this weekend. The reality TV bad boy confirmed his release with a series of tweets and selfies.
“Been dreaming about this day for a longgggg time now,” he wrote. “How wonderful it feels to [be] in my own bed. Goodnight.”

Courtland has been locked up since December 2015, when he was sentenced to 20 to 36 months behind bars when he pleaded guilty to charges relating to possession of heroin and being a habitual felon. His sentence was eventually cut short because he qualified for a release program.
“There is an advanced supervised release program,” an officer told Radar Online of the 31-year-old’s shortened sentence. “They have to meet a certain criteria and not get certain infractions and be in classes to have a reduced sentence.”
Though their romance was rarely seen on the MTV reality show, Jenelle had one of her rockiest relationships with Courtland. They married in December 2012 after only two months of dating and separated just months later in April.
Around the same time, Jenelle learned she was pregnant with Courtland’s child but opted to terminate the pregnancy.
Her marriage ended in July 2014 — just days before she gave birth to Kaiser (with her former fiancé Nathan Griffith).
Jenelle has yet to comment on her ex’s release.
