People around the world were stunned when Glee star Cory Monteith died at the age of 31 this weekend in Vancouver, British Columbia.
While Cory's costars, friends, fans, and fellow celebs have been reacting to the shocking news on Twitter, In Touch can report that a member of Cory's family has gone online to talk about his relative's death.

"Not only was he family, he was an inspiration!" Cory's cousin Richard Monteith wrote on Facebook. "Don't judge a book by its cover nor the last chapter ... But the beautiful story between."
He added: "Man... This world sucks right now... =[ Lay easy cuz ... Lov yah ... </3."
Richard told In Touch that he has been blown away by the amount of fan support since Cory's death. "I've been bombarded with messages," he says. "My cousin was amazing, I am at a loss for words at this time."
Cory's body was found in his 21st floor hotel room after the actor missed his check-out time. The Canadian-born star had reportedly been in Vancouver to visit family. So far, no cause of death has been announced.
