Bobbi Kristina Brown was taken out of her medically induced coma in April, nearly three months after she was found unconscious in her bathtub.
While her father, Bobby Brown, and family have remained hopeful, her grandmother Cissy Houston came forward with devastating news on Saturday.
"She's the same, she's not progressing at all," she told Entertainment Tonight. "She's not gone yet, but you know, whatever the Lord decides, I'm ready for her... I have nothing to do with that. That's His job. It's His territory, you know? And I understand it."
