Christina El Moussa Is Reportedly Joining ‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’ — and We Are Totally Down With That

Christina El Moussa is joining The Real Housewives of Orange County for Season 13, according to OK! Magazine. The outlet is reporting that Bravo would like to offer the HGTV personality, 33 — who lives in the O.C. — a contract to appear on RHOC after season 12 of the hit reality series wraps up.

“She is a perfect fit for the show,” an insider told the magazine of the blonde beauty, adding that her potential storyline would detail the aftermath of her divorce from estranged husband and Flip or Flop co-star Tarek El Moussa, with whom she shares two kids.

“[The show would] navigate [her] life as a single mom to daughter Taylor, 6, and son Brayden, 23 months, while dating and still working alongside her, ex, Tarek, despite their breakup last year,” continued the source.

“If the ratings falter or the cast gets greedy, you can bet Christina will be front and center for season 13,” a second source said of the mom-of-two becoming part of the cast — which currently includes Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Vicki Gunvalson, Kelly Dodd, Lydia McLaughlin, Meghan King Edmonds, and newbie Peggy Solahian.

If Christina agrees to enter the fold, she will have to juggle her Housewives duties with her commitment to Flip or Flop. Back in February, the home flipper opened up about maintaining an amicable working and co-parenting relationship with Tarek even after they split.

"Our primary focus is and always will be our kids. We continue to work together and there's a lot of false stories and a lot of hype,” she told Good Morning America at the time. “But, in the end, we're just normal, nice people who just want to be the best parents.”

As previously reported, Tarek filed for divorce from Christina on January 9 after seven years of marriage. Since calling it quits, the TV personalities have both moved on. While Christina is currently dating businessman Doug Spedding, Tarek had a brief fling with their former nanny Alyssa Logan last year.
