Shortly after In Touch revealed Christina El Moussa's new beau Gary Anderson had his own history of divorce, new information shows the contractor wasn't honest about his finances during divorce proceedings. Gary attempted to lowball his annual income in order to pay less in spousal support.
Gary's 1999 split with his first wife, JoAnn, resulted in nearly a decade of nasty divorce hearings and custody battles over their daughters; the couple had gone their separate ways following 13 years of marriage. In the divorce documents, Gary understated his income by quite a large amount, which would've required him to dish out lower spousal and child support payments.

According to the papers, Gary claimed to have earned $128,000 one year, although his actual income “was $1,044,512." Unfortunately for Gary this was later revealed to the court, and he was eventually ordered to pay Jo Ann $4,000 a month in spousal support until 2003, $7,082 a month in child support and $100,000 in back child support, and agreed to put an additional $50,000 in a bank account for his daughters.

Fortunately for Gary's second wife, Denise, he wasn't able to get off as easy in the courts. The couple filed for divorce in 2005 after just four years of marriage, and the contractor was later forced to give Denise $2,000 a month spousal support for two years, $330,000 from their joint bank account, a brand new BMW, their $700,000 California home, and an equalization payment of $405,000.

News of Gary's turbulent divorce history comes shortly after Christina revealed she fully intends to move on from her split with estranged husband Tarek. The couple abruptly split last week following seven years of marriage, and share two children — daughter Taylor and son Brayden. The duo's marriage began to publicly crumble in May when police responded to "a call of a possibly suicidal male with a gun" at the couple's Orange County, CA. home.
