Chris Martin Not
Wearing Wedding Ring,
But Is in Good Spirits
at the Rock and Roll
Hall of Fame Induction
It’s been a little more than three weeks since Chris Martin and wife Gwyneth Paltrow announced their decision to separate, and according to an eyewitness at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, the Coldplay front man is in good spirits—despite his recent decision to “consciously uncouple” from his wedding ring!
“Chris introduced Peter Gabriel at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame—he seemed upbeat and happy and read a fake passage from the ‘genesis’ portion of the bible. It was actually quite funny,” the eyewitness reveals to In Touch. “The crowd loved Chris. They laughed at his jokes and he smiled a bunch.”
Earlier today, April 10, the 37-year-old was spotted in New York without his wedding ring for the first time.
This comes days after his estranged wife shared a picture of her embracing her son Moses—with her ring clearly visible—to celebrate his eighth birthday on Tuesday, April 8.
While Chris ditched the ring, it would appear he gained something even more valuable—a positive attitude.

“Chris looked awesome—tan, equally confident and approachable,” the eyewitness shares with In Touch. “He didn’t seem to be in the midst of such a scandal!”
