Chelsea Houska Fights Adam Lind for Child Support on ‘Teen Mom 2’

It’s hard to believe that Chelsea Houska’s daughter, Aubree, is already seven-years-old and she’s still fighting her baby daddy Adam Lind for child support. The issue took center stage on last night’s all-new episode of Teen Mom 2.

While Chels managed to enjoy some much-needed Mommy/Aubree time before the arrival of her baby boy with husband Cole DeBoer, the 25-year-old had deal with the added drama of child support.

Taylor Halbur — Adam’s other baby mama (the two share three-year-old Paislee) — reached out to Chels to let her know that she was headed to court because Adam owed her several back payments as well.

Later, producers touched base with Adam, who insisted he’s all caught up on child support payments for both his girls (he also bitched complained that he’s never filmed for anything positive, and the show continually shows him as a deadbeat — but if the shoe fits…).

The soon-to-be mom-of-two has long struggled when it comes to Adam stepping up to the plate — whether it’s by paying child support or just “being there” for his daughter. One of the most heartbreaking moments on the show came when Adam stood up his older daughter for her father/daughter dance because he had weight-lifting competition (thankfully, stepdad Cole was there to stand in). He later expressed his frustrations that Chelsea didn’t go out of her way to let the crew know about other moments he shared with his daughter, like when he attended movie night at her school (hey bud, if you want the production staff to know about what you’re doing — perhaps you ought to tell them yourself…).

Back in September, there was a warrant out for Adam’s arrest after he failed to pay child support for his girls.

Prior to that, in March, he complained about his child support and quit Teen Mom 2 (though we all know how that worked out…) — revealing he paid $975 a month for Aubs, which he felt was more than enough considering Chelsea, at the time, was bringing in $250,000 from MTV.

“She feels $975 a month is necessary. Guess her lil pig, six dogs, new Jeep, and house just isn’t enough and needs more extra money,” he wrote at the time. “Court it is.”

We can’t wait to see how this plays out!
