Marty Singer, a lawyer for the father-of-five, says Charlie plans on fighting his ex’s accusations — which reportedly include threats of violence if she didn’t have an abortion (which he allegedly requested so they wouldn’t have “retarded child,” Us Weekly reports) and claims of verbal and physical abuse.

A statement released by the attorney declares, “Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross. We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her.”
