Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, has officially been released from a Utah facility where she was being treated, and is now participating in outpatient care in the area, as the Anger Management star is considering a move to Mexico, a source exclusively tells In Touch.

"Brooke is doing so well, and everyone is so very proud of all the hard work she has done in recent months. Brooke's relapse last year was triggered by Charlie Sheen's HIV status being made public. She had known for years, but wasn't ready for the scrutiny. For now, Brooke is going to be staying in a rental home near the rehab facility so that she can continue to see therapists," the family source says.

The source continues, "The twins, Bob and Max, are now with their mom, full time in Utah. Brooke loves Utah so much and finds it so peaceful, she is considering moving there full-time. To be away from all of the drama of Charlie's world would be a great new start for Brooke."
The Palm Beach socialite isn't the only one ready to ditch sunny Southern California, as Charlie is considering a move to Mexico.
Sheen has been "checking out houses" in Puerto Vallarta.
"It's no secret Charlie has been having serious money issues and is fighting to have his monthly child support payments to both Brooke and Denise Richards. He pays out over $100,000 a month to both of them. Living in Mexico is much cheaper than living in Beverly Hills," an insider close to Charlie tells In Touch.

"The plan would be for Charlie to live in Mexico for part of the year, and have another smaller home in Los Angeles."
