Charleston shooter Dylann Roof's rambling racist manifesto has reportedly been found online.
The 2,500 word document, found on a website seemingly registered to Roof called The Last Rhodesian, explains how he believes black people are "stupid and violent" and calls for a civil war.

The document seems to have been written shortly before the 21-year-old laid siege to the Emanuel AME Church on Wednesday, killing nine people.
The document begins with Roof saying: "I was not raised in a racist home or environment."
In the manifesto, simply called "black people," he claims to have chosen Charleston, S.C., for its history and its large amount of black people. He also laments the lack of any "real KKK" to help him start the war.
Aside from the manifesto, the website also contains a large amount of photos of the accused killer posing with white supremacist imagery, guns and is even seen burning and spitting on the American flag.
In his writing, he claims that the historical accounts of the mistreatment of slaves is a lie, and suggests that segregation should be reinstated.
The writing finishes with the suggestion that the young man is off to start his war. "Unfortunately at the time of writing I am in a great hurry and some of my best thoughts, actually many of them have been to be left out and lost forever. But I believe enough great White minds are out there already.
"Please forgive any typos, I didnt have time to check it."
The full manifesto can be read on the website here.
