Kim Kardashian’s embracing her newfound pregnancy curves, but could her weight gain result in health problems for the mommy-to-be?

The Kourtney and Kim Take Miami star's bra size has rocketed to an F cup, forcing the 32-year-old to wear medical-grade bras. But as Kim indulges in her pregnancy cravings, she doesn’t seem too concerned.

“I have the rest of my life to be skinny and to lose the weight,” she said on The Tonight Show on March 28. “I’m not really worried about it.”

But Kim should be careful.

Experts warn that women should only gain between 23 to 35 pounds during pregnancy, and Kim appears to have gained well over 60 so far.

“When a pregnant woman gains an excessive amount of weight, her baby tends to gain weight also,” Dr. Eva Pickler, a Tenneesse ob-gyn who has not treated Kim tells In Touch. “And there is evidence that it may increase the baby’s risk for diabetes in the future.”

But this isn’t the first time Kim has been warned about her health.  After experiencing a miscarriage scare in early March 2013, Kim’s doctors but her on bed rest— but she hasn’t slowed down one bit!

Perhaps there’s a method behind her madness?

According to a new report by The New York Post, Kim is now purposely gaining as much weight as possible to try and secure a lucrative weight-loss deal after she has her baby in July.

“I wouldn’t put it past her to blow up just so her weight loss is more dramatic,” says an insider close to the star. “The way that diet company deals are structured, bonuses are often build in for losing more weight in a shorter period of time.”
