It looks like all of the rehab was worth it! Catelynn Lowell has been through a lot this year. After checking into rehab for suicidal thoughts, leaving, and then checking in again, Cate is finally settling back into normal life, and it sounds like her outlook — and the way she feels about herself — has totally changed. She shared her new vibe in a positive message on Instagram on March 14.

“I am enough,” says the image. “I am full of sparkle and compassion. I genuinely want to make the world a better place. I love hard. I practice kindness. I’m not afraid of the truth. I am loyal, adventurous, supportive, and surprising. I am a woman. I am enough. I make mistakes, but I own them and learn from them. Sometimes I make a lot of mistakes.” Cate
also included the emojis “❤️?????,” showing that she’s feeling a lot stronger lately.

The quote comes from Molly Mahar, the founder of blog Stratejoy. “Molly thinks of her role at Stratejoy as one part truth-teller, one part saucy big sister, one part enthusiastic cheerleader and one part wise teacher,” says her bio. “And through it all, she’s on a mission to make sure that you’re aware of your innermost desires, armed with strategies to activate those dreams, and are enjoying the hell out of the journey.” Sounds like a great person to mentor Cate through her healing process!

Fans were thrilled to see Cate’s state of mind improving, and they definitely let her know they have her support. “Thank you for putting a face to mental health issues!” wrote a fan. “So many people suffer the same things and are ashamed of it. We need to educate and support each other!” “You are beautiful Catelynn!” said another supporter. “Courageous, making many feel that they’re not alone in their suffering. You make the world a better place.” One more fan added their kind words, writing, “Yes!!! You go, Cate!!! Everyone loves you and you are such a wonderful person and mommy!!!” We’re so glad to see she’s improving and can’t wait to see the amazing things she does with her newfound confidence.
