She’s home! Catelynn Lowell checked into rehab on Nov. 17 after experiencing suicidal thoughts, but the Teen Mom OG star is already back home with her family. Her husband, Tyler Baltierra, posted the sweet photo of their reunion on Snapchat with the caption, “Cuddles with my family is just the best!”

Catelynn announced her brave decision to seek help on Twitter. The 25-year-old wanted to let her fans know what was happening, saying “Well today I thought of every way to kill myself… so I’m going to treatment.” Shortly after, Ty also took to Twitter to announce his support. “Incredibly proud of my wife,” he wrote. “When she thought she had no choices left, she reached out [and] decided to LIVE today! My life would be desolate without her in it. You are beautiful, strong, worthy, [and] loved.”

Catelynn included the hashtags #makeChesterProud, #KeepTalkingMH, and #thiswontlast in her message referencing Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington, who took his own life earlier this year, and showing that she has hope for recovery with treatment. Catelynn’s sweet two-year-old daughter Novalee even gave her mom a stuffed animal to keep her company while she heals. “Nova buddy is coming with me,” she wrote alongside a photo of the toy in the car. “I’m gonna hold it close to my heart the whole time.”

On Thursday, Nov. 23, the official Teen Mom OG Twitter account shared a video clip featuring Catelynn and her co-stars Maci Bookout and Amber Portwood, and the ladies gushed over how grateful they were to have each other as friends. But all Tyler could focus on was his wife.

“My god! My wife looks absolutely beautiful in this #HappyThanksgiving Teen Mom clip! It’s going to be a rough holiday without being able to kiss her [and] tell her how thankful I am for her, but we have a strong resilience crafted by our past, we got this!” he wrote. Luckily, he has his wife home just in time for Christmas!

Teen Mom OG airs Mondays at 9 p.m. EST on MTV.
