The most hated mom in America is about to receive more backlash. Ten years after her daughter Caylee's tragic death, Casey Anthony is asking to be dismissed.

Radar Online is reporting that Roy Kronk — the man who found the child's remains in 2008 — filed a lawsuit against Casey, claiming she told her lawyers to make untrue allegations against him when she was accused of murder. He also claimed that Casey suggested he had tampered with the evidence after finding the body and her lawyers suggested he could have been involved in the killing.

Since being acquitted of Caylee's murder in 2011, Casey has been spotted out in her native Florida — often socializing and drinking with her friends. Even so, she's reportedly found herself bored with her life since she's lived mostly in hiding for the past five years. "There are days that she's bored out of her mind," another source told People. "There’s nothing really to do. She doesn’t have a huge circle of friends, and the friends she has are all employed elsewhere, so she doesn’t see them 24/7. She binge-watches TV, plays around on the Internet, and doesn’t do much more than that. Frankly, it's all pointless and aimless."

In late October, Casey's father George Anthony said on Crime Watch Daily that he doesn't want a relationship with his estranged daughter. "I don't want to see her, I don’t want to talk to her. I've always said that I would never talk to my daughter. I actually lost my daughter and my granddaughter in 2008."

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like Casey cares. "She’s a grown woman, she’s fine with that," a source told People. "Casey’s parents have always given these interviews. From day one, they have done this. And for what? Casey just rolled her eyes at the things they tell the media."
