#FreeTheNippleCara Delevingne Shows Her Support For the Free The Nipple Campaign — Just Like These 9 Stars!

Cara Delevingne is the latest star to show her support for #FreeTheNipple, a campaign against inequality and censorship.

The 21-year-old, who was recently named the face of Chanel, took to Instagram to share a handy diagram of a man and woman’s breast—which are anatomically the same—to point out the differences in censorship, as a woman’s breast and nipple are considered sexual while a man’s is not.

It’s unclear whether the picture, which was posted by the #FreeTheNipple account months back, is of Cara, who has supported the movement in the past by sharing a clever topless shot and wearing a #FreeTheNipple shirt in public.

The #FreeTheNipple movement first made waves when Rihanna was banned from Instagram after posting a picture of herself topless on the cover of Lui magazine, which violated the terms of the social site because of nudity.

Scout Wills, the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, furthered the campaign’s agenda when she walked the streets of New York without a shirt and challenged Instagram’s standards when it comes to nudity, as male nipples are allowed but breastfeeding mothers and tastefully done images of female breasts are considered obscene, regardless of context.

Cara, Rihanna and Scout are just three of the many, many stars who have supported the #FreeTheNipple movement—check out nine others!
