Well, it looks like Nelly has a bit of a 'Dilemma' on his hands!
'TMZ' reports that the 'Country Grammar' rapper is sitting in the slammer after he was arrested on Saturday following a police raid on his tour bus in Tenessee that turned up a cornucopia of contraband including pot, meth and guns.
The bus was allegedly stopped because it did not have the proper Department of Transportation sticker, but after the police caught the whiff of weed, a top to bottom search was on. Nelly, 40, was subsequently booked over possession of meth and marijuana.
In a statement to 'Us Weekly', the 'Hot in Herre' rapper's lawyer said, "Nelly was one of several individuals that was on a tour bus that was stopped and searched while traveling through Tennessee. In fact, there had been 15-20 people that had access to the bus prior to the stop."

The lawyer also added that while Nelly has been arrested and detained over the issue, "We are extremely confident that when the facts come out, Nelly will not be associated with the contraband that was allegedly discovered."
Nelly was the subject of a similar incident a few years ago. In fact, a passenger named Brian Jones was found to be the owner of all the drugs and guns then, and has also been booked this time around for possession of handguns.
