The downward spiral continues for Buffy the Vampire Slayer star Nicholas Brendon.
The 44-year-old star has been arrested yet again, this time for public intoxication, in Myrtle Beach, S.C. This is his third arrest in 2015 alone.
According to Radar Online, the actor was booked in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The actor took to Twitter and seemed to be referencing his latest run in with the law:

On Sunday, he shared another Tweet and opened up about his battle with depression:
I'm not allowed to drink. I'm not allowed to swim in the ocean. What the f%#& am I allowed to do? #depressionisreal— Nicholas Brendon (@NicholasBrendon) May 18, 2015

It's just the latest in a series of bizarre incidents that have landed Nicholas in trouble. He was arrested back in March for trashing a hotel room in Tallahassee, Fla., and causing $1000 worth of damage.
He also had a warrant issued for his arrest in April after he failed to submit urine samples. This was said to be a "misunderstanding" by a rep for the star, who claimed that Nicholas had been sober since the incident.
Following this, Nicholas told a local newspaper, the Tallahassee Democrat, that he was trying to handle "a lot of the stuff I'm having to deal with in my life, inside of my head, which is not fun and it's not funny."
The first of these incidents in 2015 happened just days after his brief marriage to Moonda Tee ended when he was also arrested for trashing a hotel room in Fort Lauderdale in February.
But it's not just this year. In 2014, Nicholas was arrested in Boise, Idaho for destroying property and showing signs of intoxication around the time of the Comic Con convention. He entered rehab afterwards.
