Bruce Jenner has been sued by the two adult stepchildren of Kim Howe, the woman who was killed during his Feb. 7 car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.
A new report states Dana Redmond and William Howe, who allegedly did not have a relationship with Kim, have slapped the former Olympian with a wrongful death lawsuit.

They allegedly deem the 65-year-old was “careless and negligent” when he slammed into Howe's Lexus. This caused her car to swerve into oncoming traffic and collide with a Hummer.
As it's been previously reported, law enforcement officials say video footage shows the father-of-six being inattentive at the time of the accident.

They're also seeking compensation for loss of affection, but the late Kim’s friends told ‘TMZ’ there was not really any affection to be lost. The lawsuit also claims he was speeding, though police records indicate otherwise.
Kim, who was 69, is said to have no other living relatives.
‘In Touch’ reported last month the adult stepchildren intended on pressing charges.
